There are some people who enjoy a thrill. As a result, they turn to somewhat risky sports, such as racing motorcycles. Most who undertake these sports likely do so knowing that they could face injury. The deceased victim was a 22-year-old college student who also claimed to be a professional motorcycle racer. He and three other people were riding in a vehicle that crashed after running off the road early one morning in January. He died as a result of injuries he suffered in the accident.
One person was arrested in connection with the accident. A representative for the California Highway Patrol has stated that the crash remains under investigation. However, officials say that alcohol was a contributing factor in the accident.
